Wince Lee, Jr.
Wince Eugene Lee, Jr., 52, passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, August 11, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Born on September 25, 1972, in Versailles, Kentucky, he was the beloved son of Wince E. Lee, Sr. and Carol Lee.
A 1990 graduate of Woodford County High School, Wince went on to build a successful career as a skilled contractor, founding his own company, Innovation Design & Construction Services (IDC Services). Known for his craftsmanship and dedication, he took great pride in his work and the relationships he built through his business.
Wince had a deep love for the water, and liked to spend his days boating on Lake Cumberland. He had a generous spirit and a heart for service, often helping those in need. He even established his own charity to assist North Carolina flood victims, a reflection of his compassion and desire to make a difference.
A man of faith, Wince attended CrossPointe Church in Versailles. He was a devoted and fun-loving father, grandfather, son, and brother. He also loved his faithful companion, Blue.
Wince will be forever loved and remembered by his children; Savannah (Chad) Castle, Kirsten (Steven) Peavler, Victoria Lee, Weston Lee, grandchildren; Madalynn Castle, Mya Castle, Colten Peavler, Karoline Peavler, Casey Peavler, father, Wince E. Lee, Sr. (Meridith), mother, Carol Lee, and siblings; Amelia (Mark) Drury, Teresa (Bryan) Roberts, Pamela (Wesley) Young, Tyler (Elizabeth) Lee, and Braydon (Keyaira) Lee.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home, 161 Broadway Street, Versailles, Kentucky. Funeral Services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Saturday, August 16, 2025 at CrossPointe Church, 130 Depot Street, Versailles, Kentucky, Pastor Bryan Roberts officiating. Burial will follow the service at Rose Crest Cemetery.
