William McLaughlin

William T. McLaughlin, born August 17th, 1940 in Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away peacefully on September 8th, 2025.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Carolyn, as well as fur baby and companion, Emmy.

William is survived by his children, Kim Mercurio (Bill), Scott McLaughlin (Janice), and Anjel McLaughlin. 

He is also survived by his grandchildren, Brandy Back, Cory Back (Lynn), Chelsea Lewis (Luke), Lindsey Wall (Steve), Bella McLaughlin and Nick Allen. Finally, he leaves three great grandchildren, Hope Back and Calvin and Camden Lewis.

William was brought happiness in his final days by visiting with special friends Joni Scipione and Jay Thomas as well as his family, in addition to feeding the birds and squirrels in his yard. 

In lieu of sending flowers the family asks that you consider planting your own to remember William and Carolyn by.
