Miller, Vera Elizabeth (nee Barkhouse)

Died on Saturday March 9, 2019 at the General & Marine Hospital, Collingwood at the age of 93. Vera, beloved wife of the late Walter Miller. Loving mother of Wanda (Paul), Gord (the late Elizabeth) and Wendy (David). Cherished grandmother of Corey, Krista, Matthew, Erica, Jeff, Meghan, Melissa, Kyle and Aaron and great grandmother of Alicia, Nathan, Madeleine, Alexander, Ella, Blake, Dante, Kael, Ivy Rae and Jackson. Vera is also survived by her brother Archie Barkhouse and many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Stayner Chapel, 7313 Highway 26, Stayner on Friday March 15, 2019 Friday March 15, 2019 from 12:30 – 2pm with the Memorial Service following in the Chapel at 2 o’clock. Reception to follow. If desired, a donation to the Salvation Army would be appreciated by Vera’s family.
