Sue Bellomo
Sue Bellomo, age 62, longtime Lombardian, passed away suddenly on July 30, 2025.
Sue was the dear wife of 41 years of Paul Bellomo. They met through friends and were married on September 2, 1984. She was the loving mom of Tori (Nicholas) Gustafson; Mimi of Levi Gustafson and Brooklyn Gustafson; sister of Ed Grybos and Bo Grybos; and Aunt, relative and friend of many.
Sue was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Virginia Grybos.
Sue was a Lombard Falcon and Willowbrook high school cheerleading coach for her daughter and many others.
Sue loved shopping and attending craft fairs and flea markets. She enjoyed decorating her house for all of the holiday seasons.
Sue attended many Lombard events, such as the Lilac Parade and fireworks at Madison Meadow.
Sue enjoyed traveling and vacationing in Florida and Las Vegas. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren.
A Visitation will be held on Thursday, 8/7/25 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brust Funeral Home 135 S. Main St. Lombard IL. A Prayer Service will be on Friday, 8/8/25 at 9:25 AM from the funeral home to 10:00 AM Funeral Mass at St. Pius X Catholic Church 1025 E Madison Street, Lombard.
