SB Builders, LLC (formerly Shaheen Beauchamp Builders), a general contracting firm specializing in commercial projects that has built millions of square feet in Northern Nevada, has completed a new 5,000-square-foot dental office for Kiggins Family Dentistry at 3455 GS Richards Blvd in Carson City three weeks ahead of schedule.

The dental practice is relocating from its former office at 602 E Caroline St. to better serve patients in a modern, purpose-built space. Designed by Berger Hannafin Architecture, the new office includes four hygiene bays and seven operatories.

The space was created to foster a calm, comfortable environment for patients and features state-of-the-art dental technology, energy-efficient lighting, and more current design elements. Kiggins Family Dentistry works to make high-quality dental care accessible in a welcoming setting for Carson City families.
