Sandra Cook

Sandra Kay “Sandy” Cook, age 72, of Manchester, Tennessee, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones.

Sandy was a devoted mother to her two sons, Eric Brown and Jason Brown (Heather), and a proud grandmother to Aleah (Hayden), Alyssa, Madison, and Mason. She also cherished her two great-grandchildren, Kayson and Beckham, who brought her endless joy. She leaves behind a host of siblings, her precious dog Chelsey, and the memory of her beloved horse Shell, who she loved dearly.

Sandy dedicated many years of loyal service to Eden’s Industries and Square D, where her strong work ethic and kind heart made a lasting impression on all who worked alongside her. She also spent years as a caregiver, forming deep and meaningful relationships with her patients — caring for others came naturally to her.

Sandy was a spitfire through and through — full of life, humor, and a quick wit that could light up any room. She had a knack for making people laugh and never shied away from speaking her mind, always with that unmistakable twinkle in her eye.

Her baked goods were famous among those who knew her — whether it was her no-bake chocolate cookies or a sweet apple pie, you could always count on Sandy to have something delicious ready to share. She loved horses, dancing to live music at the senior citizen centers and taking her grandkids on adventures to East Tennessee. She also had a creative touch for making beautiful floral arrangements, adding her special sparkle to every gathering.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Adoration Hospice, Davina Lawson, Barbara Morse, & Danielle Robinson for their loving care and support.

Sandy’s love, laughter, and spirited personality will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
