Richard “Ricky” McPhee Jr.
Richard Allen McPhee Jr. (Ricky) 34 – Died unexpectedly May 2nd, 2025. Ricky was born July 2nd, 1990; a son of Richard A. McPhee, Sr. and the late Kym L. Woodring.
Along with his father Richard (Amber C. Lees) he is survived by siblings Jacob R. McPhee and fiance’ Natalie Johnson; William H. Snyder, III and little sister Bailee; Grandfather Robert C. McPhee, Sr. and Grandmother Phyllis M. Woodring; numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.
Along with his mother, Kym he was preceded in death by Grandmother Barbara J. McPhee, Uncle Robert C. McPhee, Jr. and Grandfather David H. Woodring.
Richard was a graduate of Altoona Area High School, Class of 2008. He enjoyed playing softball and fishing. He loved his dog “Jax” and parrot “Lucky”. He was employed as a Foreman for RDM Contracting, LLC but was previously employed by the Altoona Water Authority as a pipefitter and Peoples Natural Gas Company as a Fitter Leader.
Friends and family will be received on Friday, May 9, 2025, at The Good Funeral Home from 4:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M.
A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
