Randy Ashcraft

Randy Dale Ashcraft, 74 of Star City passed away Thursday at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock. He was born July 4, 1951 in Monticello. Randy was retired from Maintenance at International Paper Company in Pine Bluff, was a veteran of the National Guard, and was a Baptist. He also loved NASCAR, loved hunting, fishing, being outdoors, but most of all he loved being with his family.

Preceding him in death was his father, James William Ashcraft and a daughter, Lori Jacobs.

Survivors include his mother, Iva Ashcraft of Star City, one daughter, Brandy Phillips (Justin) of Maumelle, one brother, Al Ashcraft (Tracy) of Star City, and a sister, Debra Boyles (Ron) of North Little Rock. Randy is also survived by one grandson, Hunter Phillips (Chelsey) and one great grandson, Hoyt Phillips.

Visitation will be Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at Griffin Funeral Chapel in Star City from 1:00 PM until funeral starting time at 2:00 PM with Bro. Don Borland officiating. Burial in Drake Cemetery. Arrangements by Griffin Funeral Service in Star City. Online guestbook www.griffinfuneralservice.net
