Patricia Kent Reynolds, 89, passed away peacefully at Friendship Village on October 25, 2025, in Chesterfield, Missouri. Pat was born in Chicago, IL to Bertram and Florence (Cramer) Kent. She married Brig. Gen. Thomas W. Reynolds in 1960. She is survived by her brother Michael Kent (Georgianne); her three daughters, Susan Sitki (Richard Scott) of Springfield, Trish Reynolds (Jon Daigle), and Beth (Mike) Gorman both of Chesterfield, MO; and seven grandchildren, Ryan, Tara, Samantha, Ali, Cole, Bryn and Mike; and three great-grandchildren, Will, Isla, Michael, and Grayson.
Pat graduated from St. Xavier University and taught fourth grade until she started a family. Pat and family moved to Springfield, IL in 1978 and remained there until moving to Friendship Village in recent years. She and Tom enjoyed 52 years of marriage which included many trips abroad. They were longtime parishioners and Eucharistic Ministers at Christ the King Catholic Church. Some of their happiest times were spent with their grandchildren.
Pat was one of the founding members of Cachet Club and volunteered at Lewis Memorial. She was a skilled duplicate bridge player and passionate about church, community, her Chicago Cubs, and her beloved dogs Munchkin and Teddy.
Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at Christ the King Catholic Church followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 am. Burial will follow at Camp Butler National Cemetery.
