In Loving Memory of Pastor Andrew Eugene Mills Jr. 🕊️ Sunrise: September 5, 1972 – Sunset: July 4, 2025

With hearts full of sorrow yet gratitude for a life well-lived, we announce the passing of Pastor Andrew Eugene Mills Jr., a devoted man of God, beloved family man, and faithful servant, who departed this life on July 4, 2025 at the age of 52.

Born to Addie Hubbard Mills and the late Andrew Eugene Mills Sr., Pastor Mills was a beacon of light in both his family and his community. He was a man who walked boldly in his calling—preaching the Word with conviction, praying with power, prophesying with clarity, and singing with a voice that stirred the soul. Whether behind the pulpit or in the quiet corners of everyday life, he lived to glorify God and uplift others.

In addition to his father, Andrew Eugene Mills Sr., he was preceded in death by his daughter, Victoria Annalyn Mills, and granddaughter, Silver.

Pastor Mills faithfully served as the pastor and founder of Called By God Ministries, where he shepherded his congregation with humility, passion, and unwavering devotion. Under his leadership, the ministry became a place of healing, hope, and spiritual growth for many. His sermons were anointed, his prayers were fervent, and his prophetic voice echoed with divine authority.

He was not only a spiritual shepherd but also a skilled craftsman. As a dedicated paint contractor, he brought color and beauty into the lives of many, transforming homes and spaces with the same care and excellence he brought to his ministry. His hands were as gifted with a brush as they were lifted in praise.

Above all, Pastor Mills was a family man. His love for his family was unwavering—he was a pillar of strength, a source of wisdom, and a wellspring of joy. His laughter filled rooms, his prayers covered generations, and his legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

His passing has left a permanent void in the lives of not only his family, but his friends, congregation, and fellow comrades in the Gospel. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Ranee Mills; children, Ayden, Allen (wife, Courtney), Brandon (wife, Destiny), Savannah (husband, Trevor), Daniel (wife, Katlyn), Melissa (husband, Joseph); 15 grandchildren; mother, Addie Mills; mother-in-law, Kaye Everett; siblings, Donna Coe (husband, Frankie), Kenny Mills (wife, Theresa), Tonya Shelton (Butch); numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Though our hearts are heavy, we rejoice in knowing that he has entered into his eternal rest, hearing the words, “Well done, good and faithful servant.”

A celebration of life will be held on July 12, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Called By God Ministries, 111 East Horton Street, Zebulon, NC where we will honor the memory of Pastor Andrew Eugene Mills Jr.
