Odette Beaumont Rodriguez

With broken and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, wife, grandmother (Yaya), sister, aunt, daughter and friend, Odette Guillermina Beaumont Rodriguez. Odette passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family, after fighting a long and difficult illness with all her strength and grace. Odette’s one passion in life was family, alongside her loving husband, Manolo and her four children, Cristian, Lorena, Barbara and Michael. She lived for family reunions to enjoy some food, good laughs, and of course dancing.

Odette and her children arrived to the United States April 1, 1988. They lived in Port Chester, NY for a year and after moved to Rye, NY, where they settled for about 30 years. She there worked at Rye Beach Pharmacy, which she absolutely loved and enjoyed, especially her coworkers. She loved where she lived, as her job was right across the street from her house and enjoyed her frequent walks to Rye Beach, 2 blocks away.

Everyone loved coming to their homey little house because she would always welcome you with open arms, a big smile, a hug and kiss, and of course some of the best Chilean food there was. Her grandchildren, Alex, Alondra, Taylor, Lucy-Mae, Laura, Emma, and Olivia would love to go see Yaya because they would get tremendously spoiled with chocolate milk, cookies, ice cream, little presents, and the best hugs and kisses.

Odette is survived by her husband, Manuel Galindo, her children, Cristian, Lorena, Barbara, Michael, her siblings, Guillermo, Blanca, Ivette, Clodette and her seven beautiful grandchildren.

She will be greatly missed by many, but her soul and spirit are finally resting in peace and has been reunited with her loving parents, Guillermo Beaumont and Blanca Rodriguez.

The family will receive friends at the Graham Funeral Home on Monday November 9, 2025 from 4:00-7:00 PM.
