Michael Romanchuk

Michael P. Romanchuk, age 74, of Mount Vernon, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, October 30, 2025. He was born on June 22, 1951, in Mansfield, Ohio, the son of Hillie and Helen (Whisler) Romanchuk.

Michael was a 1969 graduate of Ontario High School and received his associates degree from North Central Technical College. He retired from the State of Ohio Highway Department after 21 years of employment. Michael was a member of the Colonial City Moose Lodge and Overcomers Church.

Michael is survived by his sister, Roxanne (Don) Spiker of Washington, West Virginia, nieces, Robin (Ron) Lamar, Michelle (Chris) Puccio, Stephanie (Seth) Barnhart, nine great nieces and nephews and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
