Max Schulkins
It’s with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Max Schulkins, who died peacefully at home on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at the age of 103.
He was born on March 28, 1922.
Max served in the U.S. Army as a Sergeant during WWII.
He is survived by sons; Michael and Terry (Kathleen), 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty and a brother, George.
Max was known for being a legend. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved drawing, playing solitaire, gardening and bowling. He also enjoyed checking his trail cameras and watching his hummingbirds.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, July 21, 2025 at the Neumyer Funeral Home, 1334 North Second Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102. Burial will be at Rolling Green Cemetery, Camp Hill, PA.
Viewing will be from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. on Monday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice in Max’s honor.
