Mary Ellen “Mame” McCourt
Mary Ellen “Mame” McCourt, 62, passed peacefully on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at Massachusetts General Hospital following a brief illness. She is survived by her sister, Jackie McCourt, brother, Sean McCourt, sister-in-law Nancy Rini, nephew Daniel McCourt, generations of cousins, extended family and close friends. She is pre-deceased by her parents, Ann (Noon) and James F. McCourt, and her brother, Joseph A. McCourt.
Calling hours will be held from 5 until 7PM on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, in the Philbin-Comeau Funeral Home, 176 Water St., Clinton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10AM on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at St. John the Evangelist Church, 80 Union St., Clinton, with burial to follow in St. John’s Cemetery, Lancaster.
