Marcia Gallo

Marcia P. Gallo passed away peacefully at her residence in McCandless on June 29, 2025 with her son and sister at her side. She was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on November 22, 1948, the daughter of the late Phillip N. and Lucy E. (Sabik) Gallo. She was 76 years old.

Marcia was preceded in death by her parents and her brother-in-law, Thomas Lietman.

She is survived by her loving son, Phillip, and his wife, Melissa Gallo; her beloved sister, Jacquelyn Lietman; and her adored grandchildren, Sophia and Andrew Gallo.

Marcia was a retired school teacher from the Pittsburgh Public School System, where she taught at Philip Murray Elementary School. She was a kind and funny soul with a deep love for animals, especially cats and Cocker Spaniels.
