Linda Vold
Linda Lou Vold, age 83, of Faribault died on Friday, April 11, 2025, at Abbott N. W. Hospital, Minneapolis.
Memorial services will be held at Boldt Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Faribault on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. Interment will be at Maple Lawn Cemetery, Faribault.
A memorial visitation will be held at Boldt Funeral Home & Cremation Services for one hour prior to the service on April 17, 2025.
Linda, the daughter of Herbert and Shirley (Wilson) Caron was born on March 8, 1942, in Chicago. She married LeRoy J. Vold on May 31, 2001, and he preceded her in death on July 9, 2015. She was formerly employed as a cook at Grandpa Al’s, Faribault. Linda enjoyed doing needlework, gardening and canning foods.
Linda is survived by four children, Cindy Kay Reim of Faribault, Gail (and Bill) Gross of The Villages, FL, Greg Vold of Faribault and Victoria Heinz of Pensacola, FL; six grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; one brother, Thomas (and Melanie) Caron of Big Fork; one sister-in-law Pam Frye of Big Fork; other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy Vold; one son, Brian Vold; and three brothers, Lawrence, Michael and Daniel (and Cindy) Caron.
In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be directed to Furball Farm Cat Sanctuary, Faribault.
