It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother, June Dier, who left us peacefully on October 21, 2025, after a short but courageous battle with cancer.
June was the heart of her family — a woman whose warmth, kindness, and unconditional love touched everyone she met. She was a devoted mother, a proud grandmother, and a loyal friend.
She found joy in the simple moments — time spent with her family, sharing laughter around the dinner table, and watching her grandchildren grow. Her legacy of love, compassion, and generosity will continue to live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
June is survived by her children Jennifer, Jerry (Kathleen), and Joseph (Michael). Grandchildren Leta, Jared, Kyle, and Harper. She is also survived by her sister Pati Beard (Mike) and sister-in-laws Leslie Huey (Sam), Beth Dier, and Amy Dier. As well as, many cherished nieces and nephews.
June is predeceased by her husband, Gerald, parents Bob and Lorraine Burkholder, Brother, Robbie and in-laws Shirley and Francis Dier.
A celebration of her life will be held on October 27th from 1-4 at Anthony Funeral Chapel (1031 Ridge Road,Webster), where family and friends are invited to gather and honor her memory. A memorial service will begin at 2. A reception will be held at 4061 Circle Drive Williamson, immediately following the celebration of life.
In lieu of flowers please consider donating to the Pines of Peace .
Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort knowing that her love will forever surround us — and that her beautiful spirit will live on in all the lives she touched.
