John P. Czerwinski Sr., age 75 of Chicago, passed away surrounded by his loving family June 25, 2025. Beloved husband for 53 years of Nancy (nee Crilly); Loving dad of John Jr. (Barbara), Tom, Jim (Angela), and Mike; Cherished Papa of Collin, Emily, Kara, J.P., Jimmy, Luke, Nate, Dillon, Dean, Katherine, and Jake; Dear brother of the late Mel (Donna), David (Tina), Paulette (Dan), and Annette (Dave); Devoted son of the late Paul and Alvina (nee Haka); Fond uncle, cousin and friend to many. John was a proud 2nd generation Master Carpenter and Gold Card recipient of the Chicago Land Carpenters Union Local #10.
