It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Hanory, a beloved husband, father, brother, and uncle, who left us on September 26th at the age of 69.
Born on July 9, 1956, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Hanory lived a life defined by a deep devotion to his family and quiet generosity. He was a steady presence who always offered a helping hand without condition. As the third-oldest sibling, he was seen as a trailblazer and a role model — the one others looked to for wisdom and guidance.
Hanory possessed a quiet strength, an unwavering work ethic, and unmatched ingenuity —qualities that resonated with everyone who knew him. He found joy in the simple things — an interesting YouTube video, a sweet treat, and time spent with family and friends. His warm smile, comical stories, and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
He is survived by his loving wife and two sons, the center of his world. His legacy lives on through them as well as in the lives of his siblings, extended family, and countless friends who aim to honor his memory. Although his absence leaves a space that can never be filled, we take comfort in knowing that his spirit lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him, as well as in all who were enriched by his presence.
Your love, your kindness, and your serenity will remain with us always.
