Sadly, and respectfully, the family of Gary Carson announce his peaceful passing at the Drayton Valley Hospital on June 19th, at the age of 74.
A lifelong resident of Breton, Gary was well known and respected for his strong work ethic and dedication to the oilfield industry. His commitment to a job well done along with his sense of humour left a lasting impression on all who had a pleasure of knowing him.
Gary found his greatest joy in the outdoors. Whether he was cutting wood, camping, fishing or hunting, he was happiest surrounded by nature and the simplicity it offered.
As per Gary’s wishes, no formal service will be held. A small family gathering will take place at the Breton Cemetery, where Gary will be laid to rest beside his beloved wife, Janet.
He will be remembered with love, missed deeply and honored always.
