Evan Gosser

Evan Gosser, 92, of Holiday, FL, previously Crown Point, IN, passed away on October 28, 2025. Born on November 11, 1932 in Brady, KY to the late Loren and Lelia Gosser, Evan enjoyed fishing, taking walks, playing tennis, and eating peppermint ice cream. He also was a lifelong Cubs fan, but grew into a Rays fan once he retired to Florida. He worked for NIPSCO as a lineman for 34 years. He served in the US Army.

Evan is preceded in death by his sisters Carol (Ron) Baessler and Eloise (Raymond) Caudill, brother-in-law Robert Dittmer, and his parents.

Evan is survived by his wife, Arelene, his sons, Loren (Teresita) and Rick (Jolynn), as well as four grandchildren, Kate, Anne, April, and Timothy, and 11 great-grandchildren.
