Elizabeth Ann Dixon
Elizabeth Ann Wiseman Dixon, age 90, of Estill County, passed away peacefully at her home on October 15, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Douglas J. Dixon.
Born on July 7, 1935, in Estill County, Elizabeth was the daughter of the late Grover and Anna Eliza Rawlins Wiseman. A lifelong resident of Estill County, she was a devoted member of the Irvine First Church of God.
Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Regina A. Baber; two grandchildren, Jaleyn S. Baber and Brysen C. Baber; and one great-grandson, Graelyn Dunaway. She is also survived by her sisters-in-law Joyce Wiseman, Carolyn (Earl) Miller, and Sandra Dixon; her brother-in-law Linville (Shirley) Dixon; a special niece, Teresa Dixon; a dear cousin, Glenn (Magnolia) Rawlins; special friends Kathy and Shirley Rawlins; and many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who loved her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her two brothers, Doyal Wiseman and Harold (Lois) Wiseman, and one niece, Patricia Wiseman.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00PM on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at the Irvine First Church of God with Bro. Eric Patrick officiating. Burial will follow at South Irvine Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Brysen Baber, Josh Dixon, Marvin Dixon, Tim Dixon, Lee Scarborough, Michael Wiseman. Honorary Pallbearers will be Graelyn Dunaway and Linville Dixon.
Visitation will be from 11:30AM until the time of service.
