Diana S. Coleman, 80

Diana S. Coleman, 80 of Ashland passed from this life early Tuesday morning, May 27, 2025 in University Hospitals Samaritan Medical Center.

She was born on June 11, 1944 in Sullivan, Indiana, the daughter of the late John and Fern (nee Grantham) Blubaugh.

Diana graduated from Ashland High School, Class of 1963. She went on to further her education and earned her beautician certificate at Mansfield Beauty College.

She married the love of her life, John Coleman on June 2, 1977. Diana was a member of the Church of Christ, the Ashland Order #92 of the Eastern Star, where she served as past worthy matron. She was also a member of Order of Ameranth #42 and the Order of the White Shrine of Jerusalem #10.

Diana was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who showered her family with so much love always baking, pies, chocolate chip cookies, pumpkin rolls, and dinner rolls.

She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Mr. John Coleman of Ashland; one daughter, Denise (David) Dunn of Albion, Indiana; one son, Kevin (Shemain) Fingulin of Bandera, Texas; six grandchildren, Josh, Jeremé, April, Christopher, Cody, and Colin; 13 great grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Mary Blubaugh of Bucyrus.

In addition to her parents, Diana is preceded in death by one brother, Larry Blubaugh; and an infant sister, Janelle Blubaugh.

Family and friends may visit on Friday, May 30, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Denbow-Gasche Funeral Home. Entombment will be in the Ashland County Memorial Park.
