Denny was a true man of the woods.  He took great pleasure in hunting, fishing, his Cabin on the Grasse River; riding the “Grey Lady” in his younger days, dancing, PBR, country music and camp fires, horses and his dogs and don’t forget the Cabin Piles.  He was an amazing story teller and was quite generous.  Some of his most often used phrases were: “It only takes one” w the ring-toss game, “It’s not the coughin’ that carries you off…it’s the coffin they carry you off in”, “Don’t go away and leave that runnin’”, “Going to Watertown”,”Ya-Ya”, “Ya But, Do Who” and the infamous “Hey, Hey Hey!” with a swat to the back shortly after.

He will truly be missed.

Lawrence Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Canton has been entrusted with Denny’s care and arrangements.
