Debra Vaughn

Debra Janelle Vaughn, age 70, of Manchester, TN, passed from this life Sunday, November 2, 2025, in Manchester, TN.

Mrs. Vaughn was born in Coffee Co., TN to her late parents Aaron Stone and Helen Powers Stone. She worked as a public service officer with the Manchester City Police Department for 20 years until her retirement. Mrs. Vaughn graduated from Coffee County High School and is a member of the Class of 1973. She was a member of East Main St. church of Christ. Mrs. Vaughn enjoyed reading, loved the beach, and loved taking care of her grandkids.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Vaughn was preceded in death by siblings, Aaron Stone Jr., Tommy Stone, Jerry Stone, Nancy Espy, Shirley Gannon, Karen Clanton, and Sandra Stacy.

Mrs. Vaughn is survived by sons, Scott Douglas Vaughn (Stephanie) and Andy Dale Vaughn; sisters, Nobelene Bell, Frances McCoin, Barbara Watson, and Diane Parker; grandchildren, Aaron Vaughn and Lillian Vaughn; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 5, 2025, from 11:00am until 1:00pm with funeral services beginning at 1:00pm at Central Funeral Home in Manchester, TN. Burial will follow at New Redden’s Cemetery in Coffee Co.
