David Ray Decker, 67, of Jasper, passed away Friday, August 8, 2025, at the Hillcrest Home in Harrison, surrounded by his family.
A son of Stephen Edward Decker and Hazel Berniece Adams, he was born September 9, 1957, in Casper, Wyoming. He had a passion for all types of music, especially outlaw country, and was a musician himself, finding enjoyment and peace in playing the guitar. He also loved singing with friends and family and would often write songs for his family and friends to enjoy. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Charles “Tiny” and Stephen Albert Decker.
