Daniel McAllister
Daniel Scott McAllister, 54, of Downingtown, passed away on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at Chester County Hospital, West Chester.
Born in West Chester, Daniel is the son of Bonnie Jean (McAllister) Jones. He was the husband of the late Deborah (Harding) McAllister, who passed away in 2010.
Daniel enjoyed studying history, especially military history and his own family’s history. He also enjoyed photography, watching the Phillies and Eagles, going to the beach, and traveling. He was an avid outdoorsman, obtaining Eagle Scout Status through the Boy Scouts of America. Daniel had various professions throughout his career, including Kayfield, wedding photography, and his most recent career at Euro Motorcars Devon. Daniel was a member of Windsor Baptist Church, Downingtown.
In addition to his mother, Daniel is survived by his daughters: Rachel Dianne McAllister and Riley Joy McAllister, both of Downingtown, and his companion, Shayla McVey.
A viewing will be held on Friday, June 27, 2025 from 9:15-10:45 AM at Windsor Baptist Church: 213 Little Conestoga Rd, Downingtown, PA 19335. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM at the church. Interment will follow at St. Paul UCC Cemetery, Exton.
