Chloe Rinn

Chloe Rinn, 25, of Mooers, died unexpectedly on Saturday, October 18, 2025. 

She was born in Plattsburgh on May 31, 2000, the daughter of Richard Rinn and Wendy Vennette.

A daughter, sister, mother and caregiver, Chloe was loving and giving.  She worked as a CNA at the Plattsburgh Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, caring for residents there.  Chloe was a devoted mother to her two cherished boys. Words cannot express the void left, nor the love and laughter lost. 

A celebration of Chloe’s life will be held Sunday, November 2, 2025, beginning at Noon at the VFW Post 1418, 600 St. Johns Road, Champlain.  All are welcome.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the care of her boys in care of Richard Rinn.
