Catherine Mieding

Catherine Blythe Mieding died peacefully on May 26, 2025, at the age of 88.

She was a loving Wife, Mother and Friend. She is survived by her husband, John, children Martha, Virginia, Catherine, David, daughters in law Robynne and Stacey, sons in Law, Kevin, Jason and Marty, 15 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Catherine, while raising her family, actively contributed to St. Bede the Venerable Church, St. Odelia’s Church, St. Dominic Church and the schools in La Canada, where she volunteered at numerous offices and functions and in many parish organizations. She taught Bible study classes for over 20 years through St. Bedes.

She will be remembered as a most loving wife, sister, friend, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, and forever missed by our family and her friends.
