Carson City road report for week of June 2-8
Here is the Carson City area road report for the week of June 2 to June 8, 2025. Closures are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
Second Street between Carson Street and Curry Street will be closed to westbound traffic from April 8, 2024, to June 30, 2025, for construction.
Baker Drive between Stafford Way and Lander Drive will be closed to thru traffic from Tuesday through Wednesday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Center Drive between Alder Street and Clearview Drive will be closed to thru traffic sporadically from May 27, 2025, to June 6, 2025, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Curry Street between Telegraph Street and Spear Street will be closed on Friday, from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm for the “Crystal’s Crusade” event.
Drako Way between US 50 and Morgan Mill Road will be closed to traffic from Monday and Tuesday.
Gentry Lane between Snyder Avenue and Bennett Avenue will be closed to thru traffic from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Hudson Drive between Conte Drive and Gentry Lane will be closed to thru traffic from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Lander Drive between Silver Sage Drive and Baker drive will be closed to thru traffic on Monday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Lepire Drive between Cassidy Court and Sundance Court will be closed to through traffic from Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Menlo Drive between Lompa Lane and Airport Road will be closed to thru traffic from Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
The Multi-Use Path near the Governors Field Complex between Roop Street and Saliman Road will be closed from May 5, 2025, to June 12, 2025, for pavement patching. Cyclists will be provided with detours.
The Multi-Use Path near Fremont Elementary School between Saliman Road and I-580 will be closed from May 26, 2025, to June 10, 2025, for pavement patching. Cyclists will be provided with detours.
The Multi-Use Path along Saliman Road between Sonoma Street and Kingsley Lane will be closed from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, for pavement patching. Cyclists will be provided with detours.
Pioche Street between Silver Sage Drive and Baker Street will be closed to thru traffic on Monday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Snyder Avenue between Conte Drive and Gentry Lane will be closed to thru traffic from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Stafford Way between Baker Drive and Silver Sage Drive will be closed to thru traffic on Thursday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Stafford Way between Silver Sage Drive and Heaton Way will be closed to traffic on Monday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Telegraph Street between Carson Street and Curry Street will be closed on Friday, from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm for the “Crystal’s Crusade” event.
Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
Clearview Drive between Silver Sage Drive and Center Drive will have single lane closures sporadically from May 27, 2025, to June 6, 2025, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Fleischmann Way between Division Street and Mountain Street will have eastbound shoulder closures from June 2, 2025, to June 13, 2025, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Hot Springs Road between Tiger Drive and Sage Street will have reduced lanes from Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
North Lompa Lane between College Parkway and Commerce Way will be closed to southbound traffic from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Detours will be provided.
Northbound Roop Street between Randell Drive and Mallory Way will be reduced to a single lane from May 5, 2025, to June 12, 2025.
Silver Sage Drive between Clearview Drive and Eagle Station Lane will have single lane closures sporadically from May 27, 2025, to June 6, 2025, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Silver Sage Drive between Sean Drive and Travis Drive will have flagger control on Monday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
