Carolyn Sue Sherrer Lynch – 83

Carolyn was born August 18, 1942, and passed November 20, 2025, into the loving arms of her savior, Jesus Christ, surrounded by her family.

In addition to being a beloved mother, wife, grandmother, sister and friend, Carolyn was also an Educator for 34 years. Carolyn worked in Mathis ISD, Agua Dulce ISD, and Joshua ISD as an Educator/Diagnostician.

Carolyn’s love of education was followed by her love of animals, especially horses and dogs.

She is survived by son, John Lynch, wife Melanie and grandson Case; Daughter, Linda Harris, husband Hayden and grandson Shane; sister, Debbie Sherrer; Sister Diane Kageler, husband, Phil and nephew Brad and wife Janae Kageler and children: Andrew and Brody; Nephew Clif Kageler and wife, Phoenix and children; Landon, Caleb, and Madeline; and many extended family and friends.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her loving husband, Billy Wayne Lynch.
