Benjamin Daniel Coleman, known affectionately as Ben to his friends and loved ones, passed away on July 7, 2025, in Brooklyn, New York. Born on May 19, 2005, in the heartland of Kansas, Ben’s spirit and zest for life left an indelible mark on all who knew him.
Ben was a person of incredible talent and passion, particularly when it came to music. His ability to play the piano, guitar, banjo, and virtually any instrument he laid his hands on was nothing short of extraordinary. His music was a reflection of his soul – pure, heartfelt, and resonant with the rhythms of life. It was often said that Ben could coax melodies from the strings and keys that would touch the very essence of one’s being.
In his educational journey, Ben’s vibrant personality and creative mind shone through. He completed his high school education with a focus that reflected his future aspirations. Though his time with us was short, his impact was profound, and the memories he created will be cherished forever.
Ben’s professional life was just as full of enthusiasm and excellence. He was renowned for making the best special coffee, a craft he approached with the same dedication and finesse as his music. His colleagues and customers alike will remember him for his warm smile, infectious laugh, and the meticulous care he put into every cup he served.
