Alice Eaves

Alice Margaret Eaves, nee Osborn, beloved wife of the late Howard, passed away peacefully on September 22, 2025, surrounded by family members. She was 95 years old. Alice was the cherished daughter of Edward and Mary Osborn. Rooted in the vibrant city of Chicago where she was born and raised, Alice carried with her a deep sense of family and tradition throughout her life. She was the devoted mother to six children who brought her immense pride and joy: Sharon Parisi (Joseph), Nora Rock (the late Robert), Howard (Denise), Thomas (Karen), Michael (Charlotte), and Paula Marzullo (Joseph). Her legacy continues through her 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, each a testament to the love and strength she instilled in her family. She also held a special place in the hearts of her many nieces and nephews. Alice’s life was marked by enduring love for her family and a steadfast commitment to those around her. Alice was an avid genealogist, a hobby she continued after retiring at the age of 79 as a door greeter for Walmart. Private interment will be held at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Her memory will be treasured by all who knew her—for the warmth she shared, the wisdom she offered, and the unwavering presence she provided across generations. May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.
