Alan Porzelt, Sr.
Alan C. Porzelt, Sr., age 81, of Milford, died on July 17, 2025.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Linda, on April 7, 2025.
He is survived by his loving sons, Alan Porzelt Jr. and Deborah, along with their daughter, Shannon; Chris Porzelt; and Glen Porzelt and his children, Samuel and Raymond; two brothers, Charlie Porzelt (Liz) and Bruce Porzelt (Michelle); and several nieces and nephews.
Alan was a graduate of Harding High School. He had been employed at Carpenter Steel and retired from City of Bridgeport Building Maintenance. He was an avid Patriots and Red Sox fan. Alan enjoyed boating, clamming and traveling, especially cruises.
A Visitation celebrating Alan and Linda will take place on Thursday, from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the Pistey Funeral Home, now located at 2611 Main Street, Stratford. A prayer service will be held at 6:00 P.M.
