Maysville, Missouri…..Linda Kay (Jolley) Holt, age 81, passed from this life on November 18, 2024, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Linda was born on July 1, 1943, in St. Joseph, Mo., to James and Marybelle (Clark) Jolley.

On September 23, 1961,  Linda married Richard “Barney” Holt in Cameron, Missouri, and to this union five children were born.

For decades, Linda enjoyed watching and caring for children out of her home. She loved playing games, birdwatching, and spending time with family. 

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, “Barney”, of the home; children, Rhonda Mason, Raymond (Bess) Holt, Jake (Shelly) Holt, Randy (Laurie) Holt, and Mindy Hall; six brothers and sisters, Jennie, Mary, Doug, JoAnn, Lois, and Becky; 13 grandchildren, Valerie (AJ), Rachel (Chase), Kayla (Cody), Doug (Sarah), Aaron, Jordan, Josh (Lynn), Kamrynn (Drew), Kyra, Clayton (Kylee), Leah (Isaiah), Hunter, and Trey; 17 great-grandchildren; and many other family and friends. 

A private family graveside service is scheduled.
