Kathryn Clara (Rockwell) Hamer, passed away peacefully on Oct. 29, 2023, at the age of 87 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. In accordance with Kathryn’s wishes, she will be cremated. A gathering to celebrate her life will take place on Nov. 12, 2023, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the 16th Avenue Grill, located at 3130 16th Ave. SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404. Family and friends are invited to come together to share memories and support one another during this difficult time.

Kathryn is survived by her children, Janet Morgan, Holly (Dennis) Nowell, Brian (Stephanie) Hamer, and Joyce (Blane) Beschta. She leaves behind 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren with one on the way.
