Martin Rudzin

Martin Bernard Rudzin passed away peacefully August 3, 2025, with his family by his side. He was 89 years old.

Born March 7, 1936 in the Bronx, New York, to Miriam (née Orlow) and Henry Rudzin, Marty graduated from Fordham University’s College of Pharmacy in 1957, and later received his MBA at Fordham as well. He met the love of his life, Suzanne (née Montague), and they were married on October 12, 1958, sharing a beautiful and devoted marriage for over 66 years. They travelled the world together seeing places they never imagined they would.

Marty was the adored and cherished father of Julie (née Rudzin) Calabro and her husband Stephen Calabro, and Edward Rudzin and his wife Willa (née Orshan). He was the beloved amazing grandfather of Lindsey (née Calabro) Rubin and her husband Seth, Lauren Calabro, and Andrew and Eric Rudzin.

Bright, funny, loving, well-read, and a true conversationalist, Marty left a lasting impression on everyone he met. His kindness, generosity, and sense of humor touched everyone who knew him. His warmth, wit, and charm will be deeply missed by all.

The funeral will take place 10:45 am Monday August 4, 2025 at the Sanctuary of Abraham & Sarah Beth-El Cedar Park. 735 Forest Avenue Paramus.

Shiva will take place at the Rudzin home

Monday August 4 from 7-9 pm

Tuesday August 5 from 430-830 pm.
