Tancy Coughlin

Tancy Mae Coughlin, 63, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2025. Tancy was born on December 13, 1961 in Winslow, AZ to Ella Mae Renfro and Charles Bryson.

Tancy worked for Northern Arizona Council of Governments for a number of years where she helped local residences obtain assistance from various government and non-profit agencies.

Tancy was a member of Zion Baptist Church where she accepted God and did His work. In the year 2000, she was diagnosed with Lupus and lived through all the ups and downs associated with this disease. Although, her health decline it never shaped the person she was. She never wavered from her commitment to God and His work. She was a blessing to all that knew her.

Tancy was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Edward Joseph Coughlin Sr, father Charles Bryson, and grandparents Luola and L.H. Renfro.

Tancy is survived by her children, Edward Joseph Coughlin Jr (son) and Trishia Marie Coughlin (daughter), her granddaughter Anayeli Arvayo, mother Ella Mae Renfro, brother Darrell Bryson, sister Valerie Stingley, sister-in-law Mary K VanHemert (John) and a host of family and friends.
