Juana Chacon De Guillen

Juana “Juanita” Chacón De Guillén, 69,

passed away on June 26, 2025, in Radium

Springs, New Mexico.

Born on November 14, 1955, in Las Cruces

Chihuahua, México. Juanita was the

daughter of Natividad Calzadillas &

Alfonso Chacón, both of whom preceded

her in death along with her baby

“Nandito”. She was known for her happy

spirit, & found joy in the simple pleasures

of life. She loved spending time with her

family, casting a line with her husband, &

caring for her plants & animals. Juanita is

remembered by her husband, Fernando L.

Guillén; her children, Rolando (Betty)

Chacón, Mary Ann Guillén, & Milagros

(Daniel) Castro Guillén; eight

grandchildren; & five great-grandchildren

who knew her as “Mama-awi” & “Abuela”.

A Rosary will be held at 9:00 a.m.,

followed by funeral services at 9:30 a.m.,

July 11, 2025 at La Paz-Graham’s Funeral

Home. Burial will follow at Hillcrest

Memorial Gardens.
