Lawrence “Larry” N. Olden passed away on June 30, 2025, at Westchester Medical Center in Hawthorne, NY. He was 78 years old. Son of the late Frederick and Mae Belle (Koger) Olden, he was born on April 1, 1947, in Camden, NJ.

Larry proudly served his country in the U.S. Army from 1969- 1972. After his honorable discharge, and a number of different jobs, he retired as a (self-taught) Mechanical Engineer for API in Tempe, AZ.

Left to cherish Larry’s memory are his life partner, Charlene Hirschberg, and his siblings, Robert Olden of Placentia, CA, Katherine Eichberger of Queen Creek, AZ. and David Olden of Coon Rapids, MN, and a dear niece and six dear nephews, and several great nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will begin at 1 p.m. on Sunday, July 6, 2025, at Monroe Temple, 314 North Main St., Monroe, NY.

Cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Hope, NY.
