Andree A. Hardison, 100, passed away peacefully on July 6, after a life defined by courage, resilience, and quiet dignity.

Born in France in 1924, she came of age during World War II and experienced its hardships firsthand. In 1947, she immigrated to the United States as a war bride, following her marriage to Walter E. Hardison, a U.S. serviceman. Together, they built a loving life that lasted until his passing a few years ago.

She forged her own path in her adopted country, building a successful career in the stock brokerage industry—a field not often open to women of her time. Her intelligence, professionalism, and integrity earned the respect of colleagues and clients alike.

Though she and her husband had no children, she was a beloved figure in her extended family and a steady, supportive presence throughout her life. She is survived by her sister in law, nephews, nieces, and other family members and friends who will forever cherish her memory.

She will be remembered for her elegance, independence, sharp mind, and her remarkable journey from war-torn Europe to a fulfilling life in America.

Her legacy lives on in the hearts of her family and all who had the privilege to know her. A century of life, lived with dignity and love — she will not be forgotten.
